  • Four player characters – Bill, Tiny, Rocky, and Mazu.
  • Local four-player support.
  • Two difficulties – Kid or Adult.
  • In-game cutscenes and they can be skipped.
  • Before an event you get told the controls and a small gameplay video let’s you practice.
  • End of event breakdown and podium finish.
  • Fast loading times.
  • Uses the DualShock speaker.
  • The main mode of Giganto games is a series of events in solo or multiplayer and you earn points for your position.
  • Every event is very easy to learn.
  • The controls are kept basic which is perfect for younger gamers.
  • Custom mode lets you pick which mini-games to play.
  • Challenges mode is where you have a set goal and then you unlock the next challenge, it houses around 25 challenges.
  • The extras menu lets you rewatch cutscenes and has a puzzle mode where you do jigsaw puzzles there are 12 to unlock, and each has a timer and size which is shown.
  • At any point, the giant Gigantosaurus can appear and make the game harder or attempt to block you.
  • Eight mini games – Climbing, hang gliding, jump dive, Dino fruit blast, stop and go, Raptors triathlon, stunt surf, and ice dash.
  • It’s a lot of fun playing with your kids or letting your kids and friends play it.
  • The game runs really well.
  • A lot of variety.
  • Even in solo play, it offers a good experience.

Gigantosaurus Dino Sports Review Cons:

  • Cannot remap the controls.
  • Doesn’t offer any accessibility options like Colourblind.
  • No online multiplayer.
  • Doesn’t offer any character customisation.
  • A lot of the events do drag on far too long.
  • No online leaderboards.
  • Cannot change the size or difficulty of the jigsaw puzzles.
  • The characters don’t do any talking during the events.
