Cubic Odyssey Review Cons
- A Slow starter.
- You cannot remap the controls.
- Third third-person view is only in interactions.
- The game takes a lot from Minecraft and it doesn’t come into it’s own until a fair way in to the game.
- Parts of the menus don’t use a good, smooth controller interface or movement.
- Words and text can go over each other, making them hard to read.
- Your sidekick QB1 just makes annoying beeps and boops instead of just talking.
- Shooting takes some getting used to.
- If you have played games like this before then you will find the opening hour or so quite dull as it takes a while to show it unique and different mechanics and approaches.
- Had a lot of multiplayer disconnects.
- Enemies can get stuck in the scenery or items in your base, and they make for amazing shots.
