Curve Digital Set To Bring Arena Shooter Iron Fisticle to Steam this September
Iron Fisticle has been developed by one of our own here at Curve – Dave Parsons. Dave has been programming games for over 15 years and has recently been part of the team that helped bring Stealth Inc to consoles, so we’re very happy to be able to help him bring his first game on Steam this September.
Iron Fisticle is a challenging twin-stick shooter with a scoreboard that requires reflexes, speed and quick thinking to master.
It takes the classic arcade arena shooters of the mid 80s and drags them, axes flying, into the 21st century. Inspired by truly old school arcade games right down to the (optional) scanlines themselves, Iron Fisticle is both a retro game and a reinvention of a classic genre, with multiple routes through the game, a large variety of weapons and enemies, clever boss fights and procedurally generated levels.
Curve Digital will be publishing Iron Fisticle on Steam to join a PC caalogue which includes the original Stealth Bastard, puzzle-adventure game Qora and sci-fi schmupVelocity Ultra.
