Dungeons of Sundaria Review Cons:

  • The name keyboard has two v keys and no b keys.
  • a lot of performance issues from slowdown and stuttering.
  • the levels are big and the sign-posting is not great.
  • Over time dungeons start to look and feel the same.
  • Leveling up is not well thought out and is very basic with an auto level-up feature.
  • Any sort of precision or platforming is bad from the camera to the controls, it’s just not made to work well.
  • It is such a shame that you cannot create your unique character in any way.
  • Plays out in a very scripted way and doesn’t feel open.
  • After level 8 you don’t get anything new for your character.
  • Short game it takes under 5 hours to finish and see it all.

Gaming since the Atari 2600, I enjoy the weirdness in games counting Densha De Go and RC De Go as my favourite titles of all time. I prefer gaming of old where buying games from a shop was a thing, Being social in person was a thing. Join me as I attempt to adapt to this new digital age!
