Pull off sick turns in a world made of cake, dodge giant snowmen as you rocket through the snow, and soar through the air on a road made of clouds. Collect and launch power-ups.
Hit triggers to create an environmental hazard.
Create a driver for every race/tournament and choose your Emoji, hat, car, and car color.
Unlock new driver options by winning tournaments.
A handy reset to track which actually works well and especially in its respawn speed.

Emoji Kart Racer Review Cons:

Handling is terrible.
The brakes are too strong.
Drifting is all over the place.
No speed boost.
You don’t actually get any Celebration or ceremony at the end of a tournament.
No notification that you unlocked new driver options.
Music repeats.
No replay value.
Only a handful of power-ups and you hardly ever see anything except bombs and turbo.
No online play.
Doesn’t have any leaderboards.
Ai patching messes up a lot and causes traffic jams.

Summary

It might claim to be the first official Emoji game but that’s the only upside to it. For a Kart game, it handles terribly, the cast of characters are just Emoji faces (no surprise really). The tracks are simple yet torturous because of the crap handling, environmental hazards, and the little bits of debris that have to be there for some unknown reason. It’s a game that really doesn’t do anything particularly well and isn’t even one you can say is for the younger gamers because that’s insulting their abilities! The tournaments are standard with no fanfare for winning or unlocking new character options. I just couldn’t get on with it at all, luckily it is only a handful of tournaments so I was in and out pretty quickly. Overall not a great game and I am going to resist making a joke with the poop Emoji.
