First Look: VHS Is Not Dead, A Puzzle/ Platform Game, Set In A Movie-Based Universe
It is an ordinary Saturday night for Harvey Hachess leaving his favorite club video for a movie night. On the way back, he finds himself caught in a driving rain and a thunderstorm rumbling. Suddenly, lightning strikes with full force! Stunned by the shock a few moments, he took his way as if nothing had happened.
Finally arrived home Harvey begins to ease, launching a first cassette, a bag of popcorn in one hand and the remote in the other. But something is wrong, he realizes that the scenes of the movie are missing! It changes cassette same conclusion … He checks all his tapes one by one, without being more fortunate. In the last ejecting his VCR emits a strange sound and the screen lights up. Harvey finds himself drawn into the TV. He sees this as a golden opportunity to re-record all the tapes without losing its subscription to the Video Club.
Each film has several scenes to re-record. To complete, each character will have to end its respective level.
Using the remote control, Harvey can control the recording time. He has to play and replay all actions of the players to compose a perfect staging.
