Intellivision Entertainment launches Sale of Limited Collector’s “Boxed Edition” sets

Intellivision Entertainment has announced the first release of its physical game products – Limited Collector’s Boxed Edition Bundles – celebrating the company’s highly anticipated Amico video game console that launches in the upcoming months.

The Collector’s Boxed Editions from Intellivision include unique 3-D lenticular cards, collectible coins for each game, and an RFID card that allows a digital download of the game once the title releases. The games are NFTs and part of a blockchain, which makes them even more desirable – all Boxed Editions are fully transferable. Limited in production, the Collector’s Boxed Editions will be available from $79.99 (€79,99). The Boxed Editions are on sale and shipping now to the US, Canada, and Europe.

Amico is a new video game system that will redefine family entertainment with a broad variety of family-friendly games free of profanity and violence. Amico — the Italian word for a friend — comes with two easy-to-use color touchscreen controllers and gameplay for any skill level so players of all backgrounds may truly enjoy gaming together.

Every game on Amico encourages group participation and teamwork through “couch co-op” style gameplay, while also offering single-player modes. Games are rated E for Everyone or E10+. There is no foul language, graphic violence, blood, or sexual content. There are no advertisements, downloadable content, loot boxes, or in-game purchases. With positive reinforcement of parental controls, Intellivision is committed to offering products that parents feel confident about.
