Today, Microsoft, Electronic Arts and Respawn Entertainment unveiled the Xbox One Titanfall™ Limited Edition Wireless Controller – a killer commemorative companion marking the debut of Titanfall on the Xbox One, the all-in-one entertainment system from Microsoft.

Winner of more than 80 coveted awards from critics around the world, Titanfall has also been recognised as one of the most anticipated games of 2014 by The Sun, The Daily Mail, The Guardian, The Huffington Post, and Digital Spy. Titanfall is the first original shooter on next-gen and is winning over fans with its thrilling first-person action gameplay featuring elite assault pilots and heavily-armoured, 24-foot titans. Titanfall delivers a unique world that combines pure adrenaline, wall-running, double-jumping action with powerful, fast-paced titan warfare to set the new bar for online multiplayer gameplay. Designed by Respawn Entertainment, the sleek controller was inspired by the C-101 carbine, used by the elite IMC titan pilots of the Frontier. Crafted in striking detail for maximum authenticity in colour and graphics, it looks and feels like an artefact from the world of Titanfall and is a must-have for every Titanfall fan.

“In a collaborative effort with the Xbox design team and the Respawn art department our goal was to create a controller that feels as if it is a piece of military spec hardware transported from the universe of Titanfall and into players hands,” stated Joel Emslie, Lead Artist at Respawn Entertainment.

The Xbox One Titanfall™ Limited Edition Wireless Controller will be available in the UK in time for the launch of Titanfall on March 14, 2014, and sold exclusively at GAME – more details coming soon.

Gaming since the Atari 2600, I enjoy the weirdness in games counting Densha De Go and RC De Go as my favourite titles of all time. I prefer gaming of old where buying games from a shop was a thing, Being social in person was a thing. Join me as I attempt to adapt to this new digital age!
