Coins-collect on the track to buy levels and tracks.
Two control styles-Simple and advanced.
Game-you drives between the tracks and collects coins whilst avoiding obstacles.

Music Racer Ultimate Review Cons:

A lot of faffing and stress to get extra songs in.
A game that is prime to cause headaches with its flashy graphics and explosions even with them turned down.
No real tutorial.
Feels a bit aimless as the lure of unlocking tracks and cars is not that appealing.
Music is not for everyone.
No leaderboard support.
It takes ages to build up cash.
No real punishment for hitting obstacles.
Cars are just cosmetic.
It can be hard to see the track.
