This Pretty Girls Speed Review introduces a new type of game that joins the popular Pretty Girls lineup! In Pretty Girls Speed, you’ll be pitted against a wide variety of dauntingly gorgeous challenges as you try to claim victory as quickly as possible. Play cards that sequentially to the ones on the table, or if you don’t have any to use, you’ll automatically have more dealt to you. Be the first to get rid of all your cards, and you win!

The goal of the game is to match cards sequentially in the quickest time.
An initial tutorial pops up then a help section to refer back to.
You always have four random cards in front of you, each has a d-pad direction, press the direction to autoplay the cars if possible.
Placing cards and drawing a new card are all automatic.
You are in essence racing each other.
If no one can place a card a new set of table cards is put up.
Best of three rounds.
Upbeat funky music.
All the matches are timed.
Easy enough trophies.
Stats show on the main menu.
Challenge mode has 100 levels within.
The challenge mode is just a one-round face-off.

Pretty Girls Speed Review Cons:

Challenge mode feels kind of redundant.
No way to reconfigure buttons.
Doesn’t have a playable tutorial.
No options in terms of difficulties or accessibility.
It has no real variety to it.
The girls are just cosmetic and don’t offer any new ways to play.

Summary

Pretty Girls Speed is kind of the culmination of all the previous Pretty Girls card-based games, to add another mechanic on top they have added a timer and made the game not only about speed but about reflexes. You get four cards dealt with you and each is assigned to a card, press direction to play. You have to play cards to have the numbers go up consecutively, the table will always have 2 cards and if no one can play a card, it will change them. The goal is to clear cards and fill your bar first to win. I’m in challenge mode it’s one round and in the campaign, it’s the best of three. You unlock new girls by beating them in campaign mode. To keep the Pretty Girl aesthetic you can view, rotate and zoom in on the girls. The game plays fine, gives up trophies quickly, and is alright but it loses its appeal quite quickly compared to the previous games.
