Spellagis Review (Xbox Series S)
Spellagis Review, Use your powers of sorcery to fend off waves of fiendish enemies in top-down pixel art arenas! Spellagis is a survival shooter where you take the role of a mage beset by swarms of blobs, snakes, ghosts, maggots, and more. Wield your staff and fire magical projectiles to slay your foes, then collect coins they drop to buy items from the shop to keep stacking the deck in your favor, from spell enhancements and protective summons to food for quick health boosts. Destroy barrels in the arena for random potions and stacks of coins! Just always stay on your toes or enemy hordes will box you in.
Spellagis Review Pros:
- Nice pixel art graphics.
- 429.9MB download size.
- 1000 Gamerscore.
- Survival shooter gameplay.
- It’s a game like Vampire Saviours where all you do is move around, you auto shoot and level up.
- Wave-based level design with a timer. Once the timer finishes the level is over.
- Enemies drop coins.
- Spend coins on power-ups and abilities.
- Unlock new abilities by finishing levels.
- Each level has 15 stages.
- Waves will change the amount of time you have and the amount of enemies spawning.
- Unlock new characters and they can have abilities and buffs attached to them.
- Easy achievement list.
- A very accessible and quick-to-action experience.
- It is one of those games that you can just switch off and get just enough from it.
Spellagis Review Cons:
- No tutorials.
- You don’t get any game options.
- Doesn’t have a boss or anything for the final wave.
- No online leaderboards.
- Little replay value.
