Get ready for a new season of award-winning Super Mega Baseball with some long-toss and batting practice asindependent developer Metalhead Software is bringing Super Mega Baseball: Extra Innings to Xbox One August 14 and Steam August 21 for $19.99. Xbox One pre-orders for Super Mega Baseball: Extra Innings begin August 7th and all those who pre-order receive a 15 percent discount.

Don’t be fooled by the light-hearted/comical presentation, Super Mega Baseball has some solid baseball controls that have been compared to MLB: The Show. Super Mega Baseball: Extra Innings will feature a bevy of new content, including stadiums, enhanced gameplay and improved baseball simulation. All new features will also be available in the original PlayStation versions via a free patch and DLC in September.
