Townscaper Review (Steam)

Our Townscaper Review shows how this is more of a toy than a game. Pick colors from the palette, plop down colored blocks of the house on the irregular grid, and watch Townscaper’s underlying algorithm automatically turn those blocks into cute little houses, arches, stairways, bridges, and lush backyards, depending on their configuration.

  • Colour selector allows you to quickly change building colors to add variety.

Townscaper Review Cons:

  • No Steam achievements.
  • Doesn’t have a tutorial at all.
  • It feels more like a tech demo rather than a game.
  • A game you play every now and then.
