Summary
Wildcard Football is a game that offers arcade-style American football gameplay with three modes: exhibition, season, and dream squad. The game features 32 teams, 11 stadiums, and wild cards that can alter the game in wacky ways. The game also has a card collection system allowing players to create and customize their teams. The game has decent graphics, humor, and cross-play options, but it also has some drawbacks such as not having official teams, long loading times, basic team creator, and repetitive animations. The game is very enjoyable for fans of the sport who want a casual and fun experience. Overall I found it to be great fun in solo play but even more fun in multiplayer regardless if that’s local or online. It’s a game with more positives than negatives and with a few tweaks and additions, it could be a real MVP.
