Blightbound Review Cons:
- Random which character you play as.
- The levels go on for too long in most instances.
- You can always tell what’s about to happen.
- A lot to take in.
- Just exiting or reviving someone is a dick with the controller as its hold upon the d-pad.
- Bots are not very good, they won’t heal when needed and struggle with simple placement puzzles.
- Combat is not that engaging.
- Browsing menus and generally moving around is not good with the controller as it feels clunky and unclear.
- Every game has a hint of lag.
- You get loot at the end of a run.
- With the view and obstructions in the foreground, it can make it hard to navigate the level and fight comfortably.
- The slowdown can happen at any time.
- Nothing stopping other players running on ahead and leaving you to warp up all the time.
- Takes a long time to get going, the easy difficulty is far too easy.
- Boss fights don’t have the greatest loot drops if any at all.
- Controller icons can disappear.
- The story is broken up and hard to follow.
- The level selection is not clear.
- The mouse cursor stays on the screen.
- Small text.
