  • The game manual is a high-quality pdf scan of the original game manual.
  • Cloud save support.
  • First-person adventure gameplay.
  • Three characters – Male dwarf fighter, female elf mage, and male half-elf fighter/mage.
  • Three difficulties – Easy, moderate, and hard.
  • Fast-loading screens.
  • The opening cinematic has full voicework.
  • The game just sounds and looks awesome.
  • In-game cutscenes with voicework.
  • Save when you want.
  • Moves at a fast pace.
  • Auto pick up items option.
  • Brilliant soundtrack.
  • Thanks to the front-loaded system, you can quit the game and then load another one without leaving and returning to Steam.
  • Straightforward combat.
  • Fun is guaranteed.
  • Slight puzzle elements.

DeathKeep Review Cons:

  • Clunky menus where you have to highlight an option and then click select option.
  • No controller support.
  • Cannot rebind controls which makes playing on a laptop a pain as it used the arrow keys for movement.
  • Doesn’t offer any mod Cons or enhancements.
  • No Steam achievements.
  • Anyone suffering from motion sickness may have to avoid this one as there are no settings to help.
