Summary

What a fantastic trip back in time. I never played this game before the animations, the music, and the gameplay are so familiar and nostalgic. I love how all the needless menu surfing and character building is gone and it’s just a straight-up feel-good hack-and-slash RPG. Yeah, using a map on a webpage all the time is annoying but I mean I remember a time when the map was a physical thing and you needed it with you at all times! I can’t speak too much of the story as my nostalgic smile obscured my ability to read. Overall it’s a cheap price and an excellent retro trip that you owe yourself to take.

Gaming since the Atari 2600, I enjoy the weirdness in games counting Densha De Go and RC De Go as my favourite titles of all time. I prefer gaming of old where buying games from a shop was a thing, Being social in person was a thing. Join me as I attempt to adapt to this new digital age!
