Grid Ranger Preview Pros:
- Cool wireframe graphics.
- 313.75MB Download size.
- Graphics settings – gain, gamma, quality, fullscreen, auto suspend, and Hud type.
- Shooter gameplay.
- Simple controls, you use the mouse to move and hold down a button to shoot.
- It has a big-level design so you do have a fair bit of movement.
- Fast-paced.
- A simple three lives and you out gameplay loop.
- The game looks really cool.
- I really think something is here but it’s way too early.
- The level does mix it up a lot making it a Shmup and reaction-based experience.
- At the end of each section, you get a boss fight.
- The music is really good.
Grid Ranger Preview Cons:
- No controller support.
- You don’t get any sort of tutorial.
- Doesn’t offer online or offline leaderboards.
- You cannot remap the controls.
- No way to just keep tabs on your score.
- The levels don’t randomise or anything so starting again is repetitive.
