• You cannot remap the controls.
• Not all cutscenes are skippable.
• When it’s all kicking off in a match you can’t quickly check progress or how close your opponent is.
• The performance is up and down constantly with slowdown being the biggest issue.
• Despite having a tutorial at the start, the very first match just bombards you with new mechanics and features.
• It’s slow to unlock new shops, mini-games, etc.
• Never found the story that engaging and felt more secondary to the action.
• Arenas are small and not that different apart from the aesthetic.
• You have to manually go into the customize section every time you want to equip your latest buy.
• The sound effects of the driving and everything is very repetitive and droney making it horrible after a short while.
• The gameplay is flat and honestly never feels like it gets going.
• To extend game time it’s just replaying levels for a small reward.
