For our Paintball 3 Candy Match Factory Review, we play the latest and most delightful installment in the beloved ‘Paintball’ series. Embark on an exciting saga in the candy factory as we help Boldy fix the broken machinery.

Paintball 3 Candy Match Factory Review Pros:

  • Cartoon graphics.
  • 898.6MB download size.
  • Platinum trophy.
  • Own in-game achievements.
  • Casual puzzle gameplay.
  • Graphics settings – quality.
  • Three ball types – in terms of design.
  • Two difficulties – adults and children.
  • Ball speed slider.
  • Online leaderboards.
  • The game is a case of getting a color and you use that to change a ball on the board to that color and match three or more to clear them when they are by pipes.
  • All ball clears have to be a line into a pipe.
  • Earn 1 to 3 stars for performance.
  • World map level select.
  • Can replay levels.
  • Upbeat happy soundtrack.
  • Tutorial/help pop-ups on the pause screen and when a new mechanic is introduced.
  • Three game modes – adventure, quick game, and multiplayer.
  • When selecting a level it says the goal and an Achievement description of its possible on that level.
  • The goal of the game is to get the missing parts to fix the machine. In reality, you are collecting puzzle pieces and finishing the picture.
  • Juice is needed to play and it goes down when you break glass balls but comes back when you clear balls.
  • Full the juice bar to the top and it levels you up.
  • Different ball types so glass takes a hit and loses your juice, and frozen ones require you to clear balls and each frozen one has a number.
  • The level of difficulty increases as you progress.
  • Clear balls with letters to spell words and get bonus points.
  • Plays really well.
  • You can do combos by having balls drop and clear.
  • Rainbow balls help you clear faster and match the ball needed for a clear.
  • Don’t move for a while and you get a move hint. (optional amd can be turned off)

Paintball 3 Candy Match Factory Review Cons:

  • Takes some getting used to.
  • The tutorial pop-ups are not always that clear or helpful.
  • You don’t get a lot of info or feedback from the Hud like time limit.
  • Cannot rebind controls.
  • The music is not always great, the finishing tune is whistling and it goes right through me.
  • Not a lot of replay value.
  • The story is very loose.
  • Moving around giant or multiple boards is not as ideal as it should be.
  • Gets repetitive in a nonfun way in places.
  • Multiplayer is local only.
  • A quick game is just a case of choosing hard or normal difficulty and then playing.

Gaming since the Atari 2600, I enjoy the weirdness in games counting Densha De Go and RC De Go as my favourite titles of all time. I prefer gaming of old where buying games from a shop was a thing, Being social in person was a thing. Join me as I attempt to adapt to this new digital age!
