Summary

I am not the biggest SHMUP player and in fact I could be considered a novice in the field. I did however enjoy this game. The bullet cancelling mechanic really mixed it up for me but I am not a score chaser so I fired through the game very quickly.I prefer the craziness of your Do Don Pachi’s but thats only because I get what the game wants from me, Here I felt like it was very basic and maybe missing out on key methods. Still fun to play and easy to get into, I just didnt get the same draw as other shooters.

Gaming since the Atari 2600, I enjoy the weirdness in games counting Densha De Go and RC De Go as my favourite titles of all time. I prefer gaming of old where buying games from a shop was a thing, Being social in person was a thing. Join me as I attempt to adapt to this new digital age!
