Summary

Never having played this series before, this is now my second game and is a huge improvement over the last game. Not just the graphics and presentation but just how well it all moves and looks from the wiggle joystick animation pop-ups to the way the characters move about the stunning locations. With so many modes it really does cater for every type of fighter. Shame I had to click through a ton of menus just to find out what each mode represented but it’s a small complaint. I personally still struggle to combo or juggle moves but I’m impatient and it’s a very heavy technical fighter and demands a lot of dedication in order to really get the most of it. For me, I really like the game but don’t have the time needed to really appreciate just how much is in this gem.

Gaming since the Atari 2600, I enjoy the weirdness in games counting Densha De Go and RC De Go as my favourite titles of all time. I prefer gaming of old where buying games from a shop was a thing, Being social in person was a thing. Join me as I attempt to adapt to this new digital age!
