Review: Midnight Deluxe (Nintendo Switch)
The world of Midnight is a dangerous one thanks to the likes of spikes, circular saws and plenty of other dangerous objects and even if you do manage to get Midnight into the safe zone, to advance to the next level, there’s the added challenge of trying to complete each level in the least amount of shots as possible to get all three Stars.
Pros:
- Nice graphics.
- 104MB Download size.
- Touchscreen support.
- Opening tutorial.
- Gameplay-Fling yourself across levels into the light pocket. Think of it like a golf game.
- Controls- Hold X and use the right stick to set power and direction.
- Overall completion.
- Level select.
- Chilled piano soundtrack.
- Three-star rating for levels based on how many attempts it takes to hit the goal.
- Fast restart button.
- Clever level design.
- 70 levels.
- Good time waster.
- Short levels.
- Pick up and play.
Cons:
- Can be done in a few hours.
- One and done experience.
- The slight learning curve in regards to the controls.
- Stars system is kind of redundant.

Summary
A fun time waster, Midnight deluxe is a great little time waster. Works great as a chilled out palette cleanser than a gaming session. The clever level design makes this a great game. Worth a look if you want a nice cleanser.
