In the ultimate sport of Hyperball, have you got what it takes to be the ultimate champion?

Pros:

  • Lush pixel graphics.
  • 181MB Download size.
  • Simple one button or touch screen control.
  • Gameplay revolves around where you have to hit a ball up in the air, Timing your jump so you get maximum velocity and projection.
  • Four player local multiplayer support.
  • Single player- Work through the levels and unlock each level after the last. There is 5 different styles of play that slowly unlock as you progress.
  • Medals- Bronze, Silver and Gold awarded for each level.
  • Height is measured in meters.
  • 25 Single player levels.
  • 15 co-op levels.
  • Five battle levels.
  • Can set Vs rounds in local play.
  • Opening optional tutorial.
  • Loose story about a guy trying to be the champion.
  • HUD- Simple, Shows how many jumps you have/done and goal percentage.
  • Marker to help time jumps along with a rating of great and perfect pop ups.
  • 49 characters to unlock and use.
  • Addictive.
  • Satisfyingly infuriating.
  • Difficult.
  • Instant loading.
  • Nice locations.
  • Easy to learn, Hard to master.
  • Characters look familiar from other games.

Cons:

  • No tate mode.
  • Difficult.
  • No way to skip levels.
  • No online leaderboards.
  • minimal Vs settings.
