Spooky Ghosts Dot Com is a small Metroidvania about a ghost hunter named Ruby. One Halloween night a ghost hunting job comes in, but it turns out to not be a regular gig! Explore the haunted mansion, take down some ghosts, battle spooky bosses, and rescue the lost cats!

  • Screen shake on/off.
  • Two difficulties-easy and normal. Dictates enemy damage/health and how often health drops for you.
  • Can change difficulty at any time.
  • Controls-jump and shoot.
  • Action-platformer gameplay.
  • Boss encounters.
  • Enemies drop candy (health) and coins.
  • Checkpoints.
  • Light puzzle elements.
  • Halloween atmosphere.
  • Strong platform game along with tight shooting.
  • The old school feels.
  • Easy to get into.
  • Buy items from a shop.
  • Fast loading times.

Cons:

  • No touchscreen.
  • Bad checkpoints.
  • Boss encounters are difficult and long-winded.
  • No tutorial.
