  • You can pause the game in a single-player.
  • The goal of the game is to find the teleporter, beat the boss, and move on.
  • Clean easy to read Hud showing current difficulty, perks picked up, and game timer.
  • End of run breakdown showing stages completed, level, time alive, deaths, kills, boss kills, damage dealt, items collected, total purchases, gold collected, and how you died.

Risk of Rain Returns Review Cons:

  • Slight performance hitches in places.
  • You cannot view any in-game Achievements.
  • Very slow starter on every new run.
  • The difficulty is up and down.
  • No way to zoom the camera in.
  • Whilst very rare you can get dull level layouts in terms of chests and statues.
  • Boss battles can be annoying when you can’t find them.
  • No map or anything to help.
