  • Easy to get into.

  • 7 Chaos emeralds to collect.

  • The red rings are found in levels and they unlock new levels in the Sonic Simulator game where completing acts in there will reward you with Chaos emeralds.

Sonic Colours Ultimate Review Cons:

  • Takes getting used to the pace and controlling of it all.
  • When entering certain zones the camera takes a while to catch up.
  • Can be difficult to navigate levels for Collectibles.
  • Frustrating boss battles.
  • Hitting the tutorial pop-ups is not always easy or particularly helpful.
  • Laser beam obstacles emit a horrible high pitch noise.
  • Doing any precise jumping or timing is nigh on impossible.
  • The camera is erratic.
  • The story is so broken up it’s hard to remember or follow the events.
