- Twin stick shooter gameplay.
- Feedback on the triggers when you shoot.
- Fully Voiced characters.
- Arcade experience.
- Earn EXP and level up to unlock new upgrades for your character.
- Can revive your partner and they can revive you.
- Armory is where you spend and use upgrade points to bolster health add slots and increase your squad size.
- Barracks are where you can customize your character.
- Five difficulties to choose from before each mission.
- In-game cutscenes.
- Super Turkey punch mini-game in the HQ where it spawns a load of turkeys and you have to kill them as fast as possible.
- Can skip and fast-forward cutscenes.
- Humor throughout.
- The level select screen allows you to replay levels.
- In single-player, you have some Ai partners that will mimic your actions and you can have more as you level up.
- Actions – shoot, dodge, and pick up power-ups like grenades and rocket launchers.
- Any interactive spots have a handy shiny icon.
- In-screen button prompts.
- Gets a bit like bullet hell later on.
- Collect dog tags, medals, and the like for bonus score rewards.
- Tight responsive controls.
- Health pickups that heal you and your partners.
- Good arcade shooter.
- Bite-sized levels.
- Mission markers.
- More fun with friends.
- The locations are big enough to have some exploration within them.
- You can just keep going from level to level without returning to HQ.
- Once you get a load of unlocks and the movement speed up the game does have a good feel but it’s a while away.
- Can get addictive.
- Interactive vehicle set pieces.
- Each team member can be upgraded separately.
- Maxing out an upgrade can unlock even more.

Tiny Troopers Global Ops Review Cons:
- Cannot see the controls for the controller.
- You cannot rebind controls.
- It is a very slow-paced game.
- The game will hang as a trophy pop-up happens.
- No accessibility options.
- Levels tend to repeat the objectives a lot.
- Enemies can and will shoot you from offscreen.
- Few issues with the game recognizing inputs.
- The hardest difficulty is locked.
- To make levels feel longer they will have you re-tread large parts of the level.
- No camera control makes grenade usage a pain and enemies can be well hidden.
- Predictable enemy encounters.
- You only get one life so death means a mission restart.
- Your Ai team despite mimicking you, will nearly always run into death.
- Your partners will repeat lines over and over.
- The vehicle parts are very underwhelming.
- Doesn’t give a notification of leveling up.
- The skip cutscenes button doesn’t always work.
- Getting shot from off-screen is tiresome.
