Venom Charging Stand For Nintendo Switch Lite Review

Not everyone likes to charge their Nintendo Switch Lite by placing it on the side, you can forget about it, stack something on top of it or it slides off. As we own a Nintendo Switch Lite we didn’t get the handy docking station the chunkier Switch owners had. Luckily for us, Venom has brought out a stand for our Nintendo Switch Lite and saved us all. Sit back and read our in-depth Venom Charging Stand For Nintendo Switch Lite Review.

Venom Charging Stand:

Going for a minimalistic approach the Venom charging stand flips up and down and is small enough to fit in your pocket. The idea behind the flip is the ease of travel but also the flip protects the USB C port. The stand is a big chunk of plastic that is sturdy and solid, on the back it has the socket for the cable and on top has the port connection sticking out. The flip part means your Nintendo Switch Lite sits proudly and won’t fall over. Has rubber feet to keep the unit in place and I tried the charger with a cased Nintendo Switch Lite and it still worked no problem!

Venom Charging Stand For Nintendo Switch Lite Review breakdown:

  • Flip stand to make it smaller but also protects the connector.
  • Rubber feet to keep it in place.
  • Works even if your Switch has a case on it.

Cons:

  • If the hinge part breaks off or goes missing the U it will be unsafe due to the connector breaking off or the switch being unbalanced.

Summary

Not a lot I can really say here that isn’t obvious. All I can really say is the U it is really well made and designed, the flip doing two jobs is a masterstroke, not many manufacturers would care to protect the connector on top so it’s good to see here and they make it look stylish and like it’s part of the design. Now us Nintendo Switch Lite owners can have our console proudly displayed as it charges and afterward you can fit it in your pocket. Brilliant must-own piece of kit.
