Wordbreaker Review Pros:

  • Nice graphics.
  • 145.3MB download size.
  • Platinum trophy.
  • Word finding gameplay.
  • The game plays out where you put in any 5 letter word (only using a letter once) and if a letter gets a border it means the letter is correct but in the wrong place if the letter fills in then it’s in the right place.
  • Dark mode option.
  • Letters will get marked off as you try them, like a checklist.
  • Bring up instructions at any time.
  • You can clear letters or the whole word created so far in one go.
  • 40 puzzles.
  • All puzzles are unlocked and can be played in any order.
  • Soothing gameplay.
  • Easy to explain to new players.

Wordbreaker Review Cons:

  • No hints system.
  • It’s so open as it is all guesswork in the beginning.
  • Cannot place letters anywhere so like have the letter positions you K ow put in then you fill in the slots.
  • One type of game uses 5 letters all the time.
  • Doesn’t have any online or scoring system.
  • No replay value.

Gaming since the Atari 2600, I enjoy the weirdness in games counting Densha De Go and RC De Go as my favourite titles of all time. I prefer gaming of old where buying games from a shop was a thing, Being social in person was a thing. Join me as I attempt to adapt to this new digital age!
