Mushy Score Review, In this platforming survival arena you collect points and survive as long as you can. Play as a cute Mushy who adventures nearby forest and fights for their life. Can you survive long enough to get a new high score?

Mushy Score Review Pros:

  • Nice pixel art graphics.
  • 51.01MB Download size.
  • Steam achievements.
  • Full controller support.
  • Can be played with a keyboard.
  • Graphics settings – resolution, fullscreen, and borderless.
  • Remap controls for the controller mouse and keyboard.
  • Roguelike tower defense gameplay.
  • You protect the flowers in the middle of the screen and run back and forward killing enemies.
  • Wave-based and after a wave you choose one of three upgrades or abilities.
  • You can see everyone’s health including yours and the plants you are protecting.
  • Clever power-ups like enemies dropping fire or the flowers having protection or guns.
  • The game randomizes everything every run.
  • Fully open-source game so you can see and tweak the game and maybe learn a thing or two.
  • The flower makes a noise to tell you that the last of the enemies is on screen.
  • The progress bar is shown at the bottom of the screen.
  • Excellent-looking enemy designs and attacks.
  • Three different areas to unlock and fight in.
  • A boss spawns on the last wave.
  • Has three difficulties but you have to clear the previous one.
  • A fun satisfying little game.
  • End of run breakdown shows who you killed, your score, and your time.
  • Local leaderboards.

Mushy Score Review Cons:

  • Only a few resolution choices and you have to click them and change through them.
  • The sound cut off on the breakdown screen.
  • Only a handful of levels for each difficulty.
  • Not particularly difficult.
  • No online leaderboards.
  • The local leaderboards don’t have name entries.
  • Steam achievements didn’t pop up or make a sound.
