This Weapon Of Choice DX Review has us going to a world that is being taken over by gene-combining beings from beyond the stars! Hideous new creatures are popping up everywhere, and it’s up to the Solus Operatives to grab their unique weapons and split some disgusting alien skulls.

Has the achievements baked into the game with its own menu with descriptions.
Six difficulties – Easy, normal, hard, wicked, megadeath, and mega wicked.
Five characters and each has a unique weapon that is an alt attack.
Twin-stick shooter.
Rescue characters.
Levels are huge with many routes.
A lot of replay value as your route on the map is determined by how you finish a level.
Has a Contra feel to it and the level structure is very reminiscent of Contra Hard Corps.
Pick up and play.
Big boss fights.
When you die you come straight back ad another player and you can rescue previously defeated characters.
Easy achievements.
Slows down just before you get a deathly hit.
Heavy rock-inspired soundtrack.
Unlock new characters by rescuing them.
Game play time is shown on the menu.
Hidden Collectibles.
Gets quite addictive.
Bullet hell elements.
Spider backpack will attach to walls and ceilings that can help save your life.
Some excellent set-pieces.
The levels can have a fork in the road that shows where each route will take you.
Surprisingly deep.
When respawning you come down in a missile that deals damage and you fully control.
