  • Run and gun gameplay.

  • Has the achievements baked into the game with its own menu with descriptions.
  • Six difficulties – Easy, normal, hard, wicked, megadeath, and mega wicked.
  • Five characters and each has a unique weapon that is an alt attack.
  • Twin-stick shooter.
  • Rescue characters.
  • Levels are huge with many routes.
  • A lot of replay value as your route on the map is determined by how you finish a level.
  • Has a Contra feel to it and the level structure is very reminiscent of Contra Hard Corps.
  • Pick up and play.
  • Big boss fights.
  • When you die you come straight back ad another player and you can rescue previously defeated characters.
  • Easy achievements.
  • Slows down just before you get a deathly hit.
  • Heavy rock-inspired soundtrack.
  • Unlock new characters by rescuing them.

  • The lock-on feature feels broken and doesn’t work very well.
  • Forgettable story.
  • Can be hard to see what is about to kill you.
  • Enemies have small hitboxes.
